  • TripStar Business Class-Free cancellations up to 3 hours prior to scheduled pick up time for airport transfers and point to point trips. For hourly charters and long distance trips (over 100 miles) free cancellation up to 6 hours prior to pick up time. Cancellation fee up to a 100% of the confirmed rate for airport transfers and point to point trips. Cancellation fee of 3 hours minimum for hourly charters and long distance trips (over 100 miles).
  • TripsStar Premium Class-Free cancellations up to 4 hours prior to scheduled pick up time for airport transfers and point to point trips. For hourly charters and long distance trips (over 100 miles) free cancellation up to 8 hours prior to pick up time. Cancellation fee up to a 100% of the confirmed rate for airport transfers and point to point trips. Cancellation fee of 3 hours minimum for hourly charters and long distance trips (over 100 miles).
  • TripStar SUV Class-Free cancellations up to 3 hours prior to scheduled pick up time for airport transfers and point to point trips. For hourly charters and long distance trips (over 100 miles) free cancellation up to 6 hours prior to pick up time. Cancellation fee up to a 100% of the confirmed rate for airport transfers and point to point trips. Cancellation fee of 3 hours minimum for hourly charters and long distance trips (over 100 miles).
  • TripStar Sprinter Class-Free cancellations up to 12 hours prior to scheduled pick up time for airport transfers and point to point trips. For hourly charters and long distance trips (over 100 miles) free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to pick up time. Cancellation fee up to a 100% of the confirmed rate for airport transfers and point to point trips. Cancellation fee of 3 hours minimum for hourly charters and long distance trips (over 100 miles).
